- Client project information: business details, content, images, and login credentials you provide for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.
- Automatically collected data: standard website analytics (pages visited, approximate location by city, device type) via tools such as Google Analytics, if enabled.
- Payment information: processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) — we do not store your card or bank details directly.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To design, build, and maintain your website and related services.
- To send project updates, invoices, and service-related communication via WhatsApp or email.
- To improve our own website and service based on aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
By submitting a form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or engaging our services, you consent to the processing described in this policy for the stated purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time as described in Section 7, though this may limit our ability to continue an already-agreed project.
3. Data sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers necessary to deliver your project (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways) — solely for that purpose.
- Legal authorities, if required by law. We do not share client business data, content, or login credentials with any other client or third party.
4. Data retention
We retain client project information and communication records for as long as needed to provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to what we’re legally required to retain (e.g., invoices).
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar tools for basic analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some site functionality.
6. No guarantee of ranking or results
Teckmart does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, position, visibility, or performance outcome for any website, webpage, Google Business Profile, or social media profile, on any platform including but not limited to Google, Bing, other search engines, or AI/answer-engine platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini. SEO, AEO, GEO, and Local SEO are ongoing, best-effort services affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and platform policy changes. Any timelines or ranges mentioned on our website or in communication are general industry observations, not commitments or guarantees.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it’s being processed.
- Correction & erasure — ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer need to retain.
- Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent (e.g., marketing communication or optional analytics), at any time, without affecting processing already carried out or work already contracted.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 11) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

8. Children’s data
Our services are directed at businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cross-border data transfer
Some service providers we use for hosting, analytics, or payment processing may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers’ own safeguards and use them only for the purposes described in Section 3.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data and login credentials, including secure handover practices. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
