We do the opposite: audit first, recommend honestly (including telling you when you don’t need us), quote once in writing, and hand over everything — domain, hosting, admin logins — in your name at the end. No lock-in, no hidden dependency on us to keep your own site running.

Free audit & initial conversation
A 20-minute call or WhatsApp exchange about your business, your customers, and what you’re trying to achieve. We look at your current site or Google Business Profile, if you have one, and note what’s working and what isn’t. No cost, no obligation.
Honest recommendation
We tell you what you actually need. Sometimes that’s a full rebuild; sometimes it’s a smaller fix, an SEO retainer without a new site, or nothing at all right now. We say so either way.
Fixed quote, in writing
One number covering the full agreed scope, sent to you in writing before any work starts. No per-page surprises added later.
Planning & design
We map the sitemap and content structure, then share the visual design with you for feedback before development begins — not after.
Build
The site is built directly on your own domain and hosting from day one, not on a throwaway staging account that gets migrated later.
Review & launch
You review the live-but-unpublished site, we make the agreed revisions, and then it goes live.
Handover, in writing
Domain, hosting and admin logins are handed over to you in writing once full and final payment is received — see our Terms & Conditions for the exact payment terms.
Ongoing care (optional)
An optional care plan covers renewal reminders, backups, uptime monitoring and small content edits. Never mandatory — see Pricing for details.

Do I need to know technical terms to work with you?
No — we explain everything in plain language and only use technical terms when you ask for the detail.
What if my needs change mid-project?
Small adjustments are normal and handled as we go. Anything that meaningfully changes scope gets a revised quote before we proceed — no surprise bills.
Do you disappear after handover?
No — you can reach us on WhatsApp for questions after launch, and an optional care plan covers ongoing updates if you want that taken off your hands.
